I would like to hi-light three staff who were great. They work in the MIR department, Sarah, Michelle and Prissy. I had to take two different MIR back to back and Sarah arranged a small break between the two and all made sure I was okay though out the procedures.
Please let HR make a note on their files!

Very polite staff, friendly, organised, welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Website useful to book in quickly, send messages etc, nice to be offered a drink and to have bottled water.

They were all extremely courteous and considerate.
I was completely impressed with Dr Luna taking the time to teach me how to do a breast examination on my own, why and how certain checks are done etc. I appreciated enormously that every doctor took the time needed without feeling rushed.
Even though I pointed out when booking the appt that my consultant would need to source my scans from my referring consultant this did not happen rendering the appt completely pointless. Meaning I had to schedule a second appt which the Cleveland had the audacity to try and charge me for. Awful. Shelley in your customer experience for saved the day but the whole experience was very upsetting.
I love my drs at Cleveland Clinic. Unfortunately I HATE coming in because the awful experience from the moment I enter the building till I see my dr. Why must you force me to go through 10 people welcoming & checking me in? Why must I repeat myself 3 times just to get checked in? HATE HATE the non-doctor experience coming in. Please streamline and not make patients have to deal with so many people ENTIRELY unnecessarily. It increases discomfort, causes frustration, and adds to covid risks.
I saw the GP who summoned a nurse to clean and bandage my abcess and arranged for me to come back to see the nurse in a few days. I was also prescribed antibiotics
The way I was explained about the treatment and the investingation of my long term illness was amazing. I was informed what part of my body will be investigated and how. Dr Mark Hamilton made me understand what was wrong with me in 2 appointments and I felt really better.
I was not advised of the reasons for the delay in my appointment. I had to speak to the receptionist twice. I had been asked to come to my appointment 15 minutes early - there didn't seem to be any necessary reason for this as no preliminary information was given to me before the test.
I feel that my test was hurried as clearly they wanted to catch up on lost time. As a result I think I could have pushed my test period for a bit longer.
