The staff (on the door as well as the nurses) are noticeably thoughtful and polite. The consultant we saw could not have been more sensible, helpful and thorough. He even introduced us to a therapist who we’re seeing next week, calling her himself to get the ball rolling. The appointment was a model of good care.

Very professional, caring, friendly staff. I was made to feel vey welcome & cared for. I was offered refreshments whilst waiting for my appointment. Mr Redfern is an amazing surgeon & I was very happy with my treatment & after care with him.
