From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed and given the help I needed-from the lady on reception, to the man that showed me to the lift, the nurse that did my ECG (Eleni) and the man that fitted the Zio device (Isaac)-all were friendly and professional. V efficient too. Minimal waiting time. V calm relaxed environment.
