I have very bad bruising from my blood draw. This was an atypical experience but not one I want to have repeated.
The phlebotomist was friendly and on time. My needle prick hurt but not overtly so. However when I took my plaster off today, I have a large bruising around the area, and looks as if the vein was hurt. It is unsightly.
Normally I have excellent experiences with the phlebotomists as I get tested regularly. So this was a rare miss but I would not want to see this phlebotomist again.
