The staff at the reception were money orientated and did not want understand that I was not a new patient.As I have been seeing Dr.N Sawyer for years prior to his move to Cleveland Clinic. Contrary to agreement at the reception and having paid my bill there and then I was then sent a bill against what was agreed at the time.

Try and understand that if a patient only sees the consultant once a year for general check up they can not be classified as a new patient if the do not see the consultant within the last 6 months.
