After diagnosing the problem the consultant solved my problem instantly. That was the reason for my visit to Cleveland and it was totally successful.

Suggested improvements
Having moved from main reception to another waiting area I have to admit that I did not feel so comfortable in this area, the soft music was drowned out by staff constantly chatting in their own language none of whom seemed to be doing any work, even the corridor had staff sitting and chatting, it all looked very clinical with receptionists in their whites but I’m thinking a little less noise would be a better atmosphere.


Front of house team were very friendly and organised the running order of visiting the next available receptionist.
