I was booked to have blood tests and an MRI. When I arrived there appeared to be no record of the blood test booking. At reception I was told I could have the bloods after the MRI. I contested that (because you cannot) but I was told that I could and would be given tests after MRI. When I had MRI I asked the radiologists and was told in terms (as I knew to be the case and had contended earlier) that I could not have blood tests after the MRI as the MRI had involved the injection of substances into my blood stream.

Had the booking and not given me misinformation at reception.
