Suggested improvements
Nothing really . My only anxiety is that I’ve had to chase up biopsy results .I understand now re the delays but wonder whether there could be a way of reassuring patients during the wait which of course feels like forever.
Dr Jawad is an angel , my procedure was frightening and unpleasant, she was extremely caring and loving and highly professional.
Nurse JERRY RAMOS is wonderful , he and Dr Jawad make an exceptional team. After my procedure he offered me refreshments , he was so caring and is an outstanding nurse( I’ve been a nurse/ midwife since 1973 so am a good judge). I hope he gets promoted , he deserves it.
