Suggested improvements
As an international patient, l am of the opinion, that the consultation fee should have been waived or reduced on my second visit to see the consultant on the outcome of the tests i did two days earlier. I strongly recommend that this should be looked into. However, this does not in anyway affect my overall review of the clinic.
The reception was top notch. The urologist was exceptional and excellent. He lifted my burden and attended to my enquiries joyfully. Those ladies that took me through the urinary volume and blood examinations did excellently well. My overall experience during my two day visit was awesome. I am so grateful to the entire team.
