A lovely clean clinic in a good location with a warm welcome. The team at the door were excellent.
Suggested improvements
The room is so cold! I had a blanket on and two gowns but it was still freezing.
When I came in for my cardiac MRI, MIchelle looked after me very well and gave me a lot of reassurance when I was a bit nervous about the scanner. Sarah was also excellent and gave very clear instructions. Both were very professional and yet caring and are a great asset to your team. I am always very pleased to see young women like them doing so well at their jobs. Really impressed with them.
