From the smiley helpful gentleman at the front door to reception and then into the imaging dept the staff in attendance provided and truly caring and warm experience. Anam was excellent at inserting the canula as a previous experience last year had been a negative one. Both Marina and Aman made me feel in extremely capable hands showing genuine concern for my wellbeing. They explained the procedure and answered the questions I had and really did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and in safe hands. Dr Plumb who undertook 5he procedure was helpful calm and efficient.

Absolutely a positive experience. Could not complain about any aspect!
Anam and Marina. Both wonderful ladies who were in attendance for my ct colonoscopy. They explained everything clearly. Were extremely helpful, caring, calm, kind and supportive.
