2nd Phlebotomist also took bloods and the way this was done was painful and resulted in bruising that lasted several days

An extra chair for queue outside Phlebotomist
Was agreed at short notice that I could have my POA while at the clinic to see consultant rather than come back to London a few days later just for POA
