Everyone was courteous, informative and showed genuine concern for me

One particular clinician (ultrasound) was very inquisitive as to what did I do to receive executive treatment! And when I evaded his questions, he continued probing. I did not think this was appropriate as it it personal and falls outside the scope of his mandate. Otherwise, my overall experience at Cleveland Clinic is excellent
