Clean, light, airy, professional, well signed, and friendly staff.

Yes I was greeted by a lovely man on reception who engaged in a very friendly conversation and clearly listened to me telling him it was cold outside, because as he directed me to my appointment, with genuine care in his tone and eyes he said “and there are hot drinks there to help yourself to, to warm up.” So refreshing to experience such wonderful customer care. Thank you, I am just worry I didn’t remember his name.
