As above. While the experience with the consultant was good, having biometrics checked in the corridor is unacceptable and lack of respect and dignity for your customers.

Having my weight, height and blood pressure checked in the corridor rather than a dedicated room was shocking and totally unacceptable. I make a formal complaint separately for not treating me with dignity.
