The team was great. It was easy to book an appointment. They picked up the phone immediately. I even rescheduled it with no issues.
Suggested improvements
Scheduling the follow up MRI was a little clunky. It would also have been easier to schedule my follow up appointment before leaving the facility as opposed to having Cleveland call me back.
The entire team was excellent from the team that scheduled to the consultant to the radiology team.
I have give them he nursing team 3 stars but it should be NA. I did not really interact with them during the visit.
