The MRI staff were very helpful and engaging. They made sure to perform all the relevant safety checks, and asked if I had any questions. The service was on-time, and they made it very easy.
Suggested improvements
Just in relation to the facilities- The MRI waiting area has a hole in the wall, and the dressing room has lots of marks on the wall from the dirty laundry basket which makes it appear dirty. Also the dressing room has a platform which appears to be for seating, but I don't think it is meant to be sat upon (it sags), and could be dangerous if it fails.
The front of house greeter met me at the front door by name (somehow?!), and the MRI staff who took care of me were all fantastic.
