The nurses were kind, attentive and made me feel ‘safe’. They never made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. They reassured me and helped whenever I needed it. I am very grateful to them.
Suggested improvements
Just offer some help with My chart when needed.
Dr Barry Philips, made my anesthesia experience much less worrying than previous operations. He also helped me with pain after my operation. He reassured me when I was concerned about pain explaining about the different muscles and nerves he has numbed.
