I had a very pleasant and welcoming experience with an issue that I was very nervous and uncomfortable about. Everything was made clear to me, an examination was carried out and a diagnosis given to me. Dr. Zarate explained things very clearly to me and was very re-assuring.

Dr. Zarate called me this morning and for some reason I missed the call. I have had to phone back twice too speak to Dr. Zarate's secretary. The receptionist explained that he had left messages for her. I have not heard back. Very disappointed.
