You were unable to follow up. The consultant was great but the reception to book a scan was hopeless. Couldn’t do it that day and quoted a ridiculous cost compared to other providers. Also I don’t think she knew what she was doing
Suggested improvements
Get better staff. Check your offering and prices. I knew the consultant as he looked after my wife many years ago but the supporting service was so poor I wouldn’t use again
