I worked for Cleveland Clinic London for 4.5 years and it was great to see how it's come alive with the 2 clinics & the hospital. The service at 24 Portland Place was great and I felt I was given the attention needed by every caregiver.
Suggested improvements
I noticed that the automatic door that opens to the stairway on the 3rd floor was stuck and difficult to open after my visit. There were other patients who experienced the same. I hope it got sorted since then.
