Very welcoming and all staff were polite. I am an overseas patient and a scan requested by my surgeon was organised and done on the day of my consultation. This was very helpful. Again the ultrasonographer was very polite and welcoming.

For my next appointment , which was virtual I was asked to fill in my medical and family details online beforehand. I have filled in forms like this on many occasions and I do not see why one would need to fill in a sexual health section. I found this totally unnecessary and very intrusive. It could be put under a Gynae / Obstetrics or male wellness section where the patient would have the option to expand further if it was really necessary and relevant.
