Silly detail but in lavatories toilet paper on back of wall, hard to reach resulting in it falling on floor. Also bon in pts toilet needs to be opened by hand I think? But otherwise spotless . Thank you.
Suggested improvements
Nothing . Perhaps empty cups and water cans could be cleared from waiting room although it’s really up to the patients to do this. I love this clinic and the staff are truly lovely. They really care.
