As the visit was via video call, a lot of the questions asked, were not applicable to the service provided.

Suggested improvements
1. It is understandable that consultants are incredibly busy. However, for video calls, it is important that the waiting client is informed that for example, that the consultant is running late and they will be with the video client shortly. 2. Customer service representatives should be well aware of the clinic process especially when communicating it to first time clients. So for example, customer service rep. should explain to clients, that appointments given, are reserved for a certain time period, before it is given to somebody else.
