I have enjoyed all the experiences as I felt valued as an intelligent individual to whom an explanation of my condition or symptoms was not a wasted effort or that there wasn’t time. A relaxing appointment!
Mr Fox took the stitches out with great care and concern that it should not be too uncomfortable. He explained what he had found during the operation and how he had corrected the problem.
