This is a wholly new healthcare experience: 1) Everyone is working as a team to give me a holistic care!! 2) all my reports, referral letters, appointments available to me within minutes in one well organised app!! Such a contrast to chasing different consultants in stuffy 16th century private practices, no one connecting the dots of lab results, other doctors opinions, and what the best healthcare plan is for the patient. Grateful for CCL bringing this wholly new (and totally logical!) healthcare concept to London. Am a huge fan.

Dr Pattle for taking ownership of my healthcare, managing different experts’ involvement and input and keeping me informed minute by minute on outcomes and next steps Prof Prendegast for his caring expertise and listening to my history, worries and creating a clear care plan. I trusted him immediately Nurse Cloefe for taking my blood soo smoothly and caringly call center colleagues who pick up the phone after first ring and competently and swiftly resolve my requests welcome and reception desk team at ground floor, floor 2 and 4 for their immediate attention upon entry and welcoming and informative way of ushering me through.
