My booking time(s) were messed about, changed and poorly communicated. The switchboard put it all down to the doctor's secretary whereas she blamed the Clinic. I only got the ECG because I said "why don't w do the ECG while I'm waiting. I understand this is a new outfit but it is overstaffed and they are under-trained. They did fix me a cab back to my station and I caught my train so that was kind.
