I was treated with kindness and respect. My problem was addressed fully and the suggested course of action was explained clearly. There was time to talk around my general health.

Suggested improvements
Is the administration still a bit clunky? a) The booking system worked well in that I was able to find a time for my appointment on line, but the length of the consultation that I was arranging was not clear and I did not find out the cost until the day before. b) It took a while to take payment from me on the day before my visit, and on arrival I felt as if I was being asked for the same information again. The staff are very polite and friendly, but they and I do seem to be jumping through multiple hoops. Plus c) This form insists that I answer questions which are not applicable!


I have a very high regard for Professor Whitby, who is intelligent, practical and kind.
