Mix up over my appointment. Apparently it was changed but not communicated to me
Suggested improvements
Definitely need to make major changes to catering. Food arrived late & cold. Had to wait ages for coffee so ended up going to Prets over the road.
Asked the HCA to help me to bath on the first day as had a tkr & could not manage alone. Sadly never appeared again to help though.
