My appointment went smoothly and we agreed a treatment plan, however it's been nearly 2 weeks now and I haven't received any confirmation on my treatment plan, cost, waiting time etc and feel this is holding me up on making a decision to where I go next on my health journey, So I feel this could be improved upon as I made a 600 mile round trip at considerable cost and discomfort to see a private consultant.
