An extreme efficient service. Whilst very expensive well worth the value having failed to have my operation performed under the NHS due to waiting lists. Staff were extremely attentive and my Consultant Surgeon extremely skilful.

Clinic was very clean and staff helpful and polite. Ground floor and first floor waiting rooms were clean but very bleak with very uncomfortable seating, with both chairs and sofas obviously designed to look smart rather than be comfortable. Two other waiting patients agreed when we mentioned this. We got back ache and neck ache just sitting on the sofas for a few moments and the wobbly chair backs didn't help either. Although the staff the reception staff were happy to bring a cup of tea (but in a horrible paper cup) and a biscuit, it would surely be far more efficient if you had a tea and coffee machine actually on a table in the waiting rooms. Every other private clinic I have been to has these machines. That may sound like a rather small point but, after a long journey and two long procedures, and facing a long journey home, I was very thirsty and only canned water was provided, adequate but not exactly comforting. A warm drink would have been very comforting and relaxing.
