Again, the clinical care was top class - the radiographer in particular was outstanding in terms of how she delivered the clinical care and how helpful and understanding she was in helping with my mobility due to the condition for which I am being treated. She as absolutely top class!

We were told about 1 hour after the procedure that anti-biotics would be needed and they would get them from the pharmacy. this was at 10.30am and we had to wait over 2 hours as the pharmacy was 'very busy'. This is unacceptable for a private institution. We did ask whether we could just get a prescription to take to a local pharmacy but were told that this was not possible as it was already in the system. You cannot expect an 87-year-old man with dementia just to sit and wait this long. The hospital needs to sort this out and give people the option to take a prescription home with them if there is a massive hold-up in the pharmacy.

I said very good but there was only one issue - when I went to the front desk I was taken down to the basement. I sat there for 45 minutes and at that time the anaesthesiologist came looking for me as I had been sent to the wrong place. My mri was delayed because they didn’t have the correct paperwork and signature from me. Everything else was great. I think the room before the MRI was very cold and maybe a warmer blanket both whilst waiting to go in, and when waking up, would have been appreciated. The nurses were great and the result given with incredible speed.

I came and meet one of your team mr kevin lau who in my opinion is the best doctor that I have ever come across a very kind mannered man who totally listened to my lung problems and made me very aware of what can and what can’t happen to me I left the appointment with a much more clear knowledge of my condition he is a credit to your hospital and a credit to himself
