Very long wait. Also poor experience with billing — costs were not explained to me ahead of time, receipts not given.
Everyone and everything was excellent.
I had no problems at Cleveland. Everything was carried out with professionalism and care. I am satisfied with the treatment I received.
I have been in hospital many times over the years and my stay at The Clevedon was quite the best experience that I have ever received.
Was filled with apprehension before my TAVI but couldn’t have had better treatment from Dr Sam Dawkins and ,his team.
Excellent hospital and care givers. Please advise accounting that I have not received my expected refund for shorter stay from 5 days to 3
I especially appreciated easy access to my medical records. A huge contrast with the HCA private hospitals in London, where a 1950's doctor-knows-best attitude requires a long and difficult bureaucratic process to get access to records, making full participation in one's own care very difficult.
My overall stay was very positive. Staff were attentive and listened to my concerns.
Nursing staff were excellent as was Michael Bellamy. The care system is almost seamless.
The only negative is that the reception team were unable to provide me with a price for a TOE procedure even after numerous internal phone calls(02/08/22)
Asked if somebody could put the details on the My Chart app but am still waiting.
