Doctor very amenable and informative, but follow-up non-medical staff appeared not to know what they were talking about.
Received excellent treatment
However outpatient s reception was not good
Fifteen minutes after I checked in at reception
I received a phone call from the Cleveland I assume to ask where I was? So the system of checking in had not worked.
Because it was good
Lovely staff, all very friendly and caring and Pier Lambiase was so lovely and I felt I was in excellent care.
1. After the blood test and the echo scan an assistant called me to ask if i was in the hospital immediately prior to my appointment with Dt Narbeh Melikian (who is excellent). I would not have had the prior tests if I was not present in the hospital.
2. No soap in the dispenser of a WC facility I used.
