Very responsive staff . They were always polite and said who they were .I felt confident in all of them I particularly liked the preoperative discussion in theatre prior to the operation. The food was excellent and the hostess taking the menu request was really helpful Also very accommodating to relatives

The appointment was booked without any problems and I saw the surgeon on time. The one thing was that the scans were not available and therefore the conversation was based on a report rather than a visual.

Ms Cuming was incredible, I was so impressed with her compassion. I feel completely safe, comfortable and confident with her care. The nurse was also really caring and helpful. The experience with my caregivers was excellent!!
