This hospital is the best I have stayed in. I have been unlucky to of had to spend a large part of my life in hospital. I have obviously had many great doctors, surgeons nurses, health carers and hospital support staff during this time but this is the first hospital where all of the staff have been 100% at putting my medical needs, care and comfort at the forefront of how I was looked after during this very difficult time making my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. I can honestly say this has without doubt aided my quick recovery. I found all the staff very professional, organised, caring and they all work well together as a team, it also comes across that the Cleveland clinic is a very happy place to work. I think all hospitals could learn so much from the Cleveland clinic, Thank you to all my carers for everything I can’t thank you all enough for your kindness.
