Excellent high quality nursing staff. Impressive facilities. Quality and choices of food.

Suggested improvements
First Check in by entrance on ground floor was disappointing. I arrived at 1000 on 23 Aug, which may have been a peak time. There was just one receptionist and a queue of ten patients, with some irritability over the delay caused ; there were desks dealing with other matters with no queues about 20 m away and I thought they could have given the single receptionist assistance. It gave a poor initial impression of Cleveland. I didn't receive adequate warning of side effects, which caused pain, starting a day after departure. Otherwise I thought whole stay was excellent.


I gained immediate confidence in my Consultant when I first met. He was able to perform procedure within just three days of first meet. He explained all risks most professionally.
