Professor Cohen is excellent. The day case nursing team were fantastic, professional, caring, supportive and informative. The anaesthetist and post op team were excellent and I felt in good hands.

Minor issues: 1.The toilets are electronic and the close/ lock buttons perhaps need stronger lights around them so that you can see that they are on. 2. when on a trolley I noticed the nurses push the button on the wall to open one door but the other door had to be manually opened. There should be an option for a button to open both doors so the trolley can be pushed through easily.

The staff were excellent. The facilities were pristine. The overall experience was reassuring and I knew that I was receiving the best of care.
