Very professional, friendly service from start to finish. A really good attitude to customer care by all concerned.

Everyone I met was very good but I initially went to the wrong building and the man who was acting as 'greeter' in the lobby put me on the shuttle to Victoria, rather than letting me catch a taxi, which I thought was very nice of him.
