Day of surgery was great, hospital amazing. Issues with meal & also prior to visit due to administration. Appt made & I was not told initially then this had to be rebooked due to timings & being in contact with someone with Covid. I had numerous people calling me chasing AxA details but I wasn’t even aware I was due to go in. Another appt made but then I had to go for pre op late afternoon on Monday & then check in on Tuesday for 6:30. Making it more or less impossible to go home & return.

Suggested improvements
My meal choice was incorrect. No milk with my tea, no orange juice, no starter as requested but received an additional dessert??
