The treatment and care that I received at the Clinic before and after my surgery was exceptionally good, and it is difficult to see what the Clinic and its staff could have done to make my experience any better.

Suggested improvements
I was admitted to my room on the 5th floor shortly after 10:00a.m. I then had to wait until approximately 16:30 hours before I was taken down to surgery. Although I was quite comfortable waiting in my room for over 6 hours, this lengthy wait could have been less if I had been instructed to report to the Clinic later in the day, e.g. say at 13:00 hours instead of 10:00a.m. However, I do realise that my consultant may have requested my early attendance at the Clinic to ensure that I was available, rather than the Clinic itself.

My consultant had operated on me previously in March 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London. He impressed me at that time with his care and attention, and so when I needed further follow up surgery I automatically chose to consult him once again and to proceed with surgery as a private patient under his care.

I was very impressed with all the Clinic’s staff; they were all very professional and attentive to all my needs.
