Mr Bhattacharya was excellent and clear about what he planned to do and what might happen depending on what was discovered in the surgery. He gave a thorough post op review with imagery.
The nursing staff were exceptional with their friendly manner and attention to care. Christelle with glasses and short hair was fantastic. Pharmacist was clear and informative.
Without Cleveland Clinic taking on my surgery from the NHS I’d still be waiting and really grateful for such amazing care.
Suggested improvements
I’m 6’5 and wasn’t until I went into surgery that some told me they could extend the bed which would have been helpful. But nothing major.
Christelle might have spelt it wrong was amazing, she was vey calming and had a real care for me. She could tell at times I was anxious and was reassuring and nothing was too much!
