1 negative breakfast experience when it didn’t arrive until 10.40am or so. Appreciate mix ups happen but felt could have been offered nice hot cup of tea or coffee while sorting things out. Tho food was always good & very nicely presented. & I enjoyed it. It’s difficult to keep food & drinks piping hot alll the way to 3rd floor. Tea stayed lovely & hot in nice teapot. Perhaps pots of coffee rather than 1 x cup would be good idea. All catering staff very pleasant indeed



I found all members of staff to be very pleasant, polite & helpful during my stay. Thank You
