I really do not think I can say enough on the care help and support that I was given from all members of staff from household services, porters, nurses and doctors. I was so happy there and felt completely safe and secure knowing I was being taken care of on every level of care. All the staff were polite, caring and respectful at all times.

Suggested improvements
The only problem I have now is that I should have asked for medication or a higher fibre diet for bowel movement earlier. I was asked if I had been to the toilet but no medications were offered. Me personally, can manage with a high fibre diet to correct this so maybe a high fibre cereal (All Bran, Bran Flakes, prunes) could be on the menu post op. On day 6 of my procedure I am sort of ok now but should have started this earlier. I will know for next time!!



I would like to say a big thank you to Sean who was present and checking on my care and giving educational support. Don, Alexander, Eva and other nurses names I am sorry I cant remember made my visit so much easier.
