I spent 10 days at the Cleveland Clinichospital
During that time I always felt safe and in good hands. All members of staff, from consultants to cleaning staff were always very polite and efficient. It made a very worrying time for me as pleasant as it could possibly have been.
Suggested improvements
The variety of liquid food available was limited
I had some very palatable soups(red pepper and butterbean) which I enjoyed but they weren't often available. Cream of chicken soup was often on but found this soup had an unpleasant texture so had to rely on the broths.
I have been very impressed with the standard of staff all across the hospital
