The hospital was very pleasant environment. Staff were caring and cheerful and seemed happy in their work. Felt hospital was up to date and modern with latest technology.
Suggested improvements
The food was often a bit dry. I found the earlier you requested it the better it was. Anything ordered for after 7 pm tended to be on the dry side.
I feel the time to ask patients to settle their account is on discharge day not while still in ICU.
I was impressed by all the nursing staff andICU team
