Our consultant was excellent, attentive, open and transparent. He was able to answer our questions and went to great extents to ensure that we were able to make the appropriate decision. When we made our decision he supported us in our efforts to get the treatment/surgery completed as quickly as possible. In our case this was key to getting the best outcome.

Again our consultant provided us with a level of service that was beyond anything that we could have experienced in the public health system. The time taken to explain the options and the personaliaed service were exceptional. This is aside and separate from the successful surgery and follow up.
