I would have liked to have been informed when I was to be visited by the discharge team so I could have been better prepared with questions and concerns. The discharge process was incredibly protracted to the point where I would have preferred to have stayed another night at the Clinic.

On the morning of my catheter removal the nursing team were staffed with agency and they failed to provide the care I had been promised. This was more stressful than it needed to be and very disappointing.

My Consultant was professional, understanding and showed great sympathy to my condition

Both Angie and Sarah were fantastic.
