The staff and facilities were superb. Any issue that arose were dealt with quickly except for one minor light control issue.

Check that the room is set up mechanically before admitting a patient. Three issues arose- the computer did not work in the room, the reclining bed was not plugged into the transformer and the hand held bed device could not operate the lights.

Professor PS was superb at explaining and guiding me through the procedure and was well backed up by Jacqui. I felt very welcome and thoughtfully taken care of by the nursing team. I also appreciated the care that Simon Hodes, my GP, showed by also dropping in to discuss things. Well done team!
