The nursing care, support and attention Trevor received throughout his stay was exemplary. He had a fantastic holistic team that were focused on making sure all aspects of his needs were assessed with clear practical recommendations.
His nurses and nursing aids were wonderful with him, respectful at all times, caring, encouraging and calm even when he was very unwell.
Our huge thanks go to Lucky, Ryan, Lovine, Klaudia, Arianne for all they did for Trevor day and night (and the many others that I got to know less well), as well as the amazing and thoughtful OT and speech and language teams.
Suggested improvements
The quality of the food was very disappointing for a facility of this calibre. And for those on a modified diet, as Trevor was, the choice was very limited. The team were as helpful as they could be.
Lucky, Ryan, Lovine, and especially Klaudia were fabulous along with the amazingly Joy from Speech and Language and Sarah from OT. Huge thanks to them and everyone else who formed part of Trevor’s team.
